Get Kinex Judging on your laptop.
The program runs on a Windows laptop, on your own router, with no internet. It needs the licence key that came with it — paste yours below and the download is yours.
- Extract it. Right-click the zip, Extract All, and put the folder somewhere permanent such as
C:\Kinex Judging. - Double-click Kinex.cmd inside it. If Windows asks about the firewall, allow it on both networks.
- Paste your key on the first screen, and choose the office's email and password.
Keep the key. The Licence page inside the program shows when it runs out and installs updates when you are on the internet.

Judges mark from their own Android phones. Install the app, scan the code on the office's Judges page, tap a PIN.

Stream Deck keys
Confirm the score or time, press One, Two or Three Barrels, Broken Barrier, One Leg, or Clear — from an Elgato Stream Deck beside the board. Double-click the file to install; sign in once from any key's settings.
